まずはメール、お電話、お問合せフォームにて、希望のお部屋、利用開始日をお伝えください。空きがあれば、レンタルオフィスを見学して頂きます。問題なければ契約締結し、請求書をお渡しします。お支払い後ご予約確定となります。

First of all, please tell us your desired room and start date by e-mail, phone, or inquiry form. If there is a vacancy, you will be asked to visit the rental office. If there is no problem, we will conclude a contract and give you an invoice. The reservation will be confirmed after payment.

ご契約日当日に現地へお越しください。受付のiPadを操作し、オペレータースタッフにビデオ通話して頂きます。

Please come to the site on the day of the contract. Operate the iPad at the reception and have the operator staff make a video call.

コールセンターにて電話を受けさせていただきます。ビデオで本人確認を行った後、電子キーの暗証番号をお伝えいたします。

We will receive the call at the call center. After confirming your identity with a video, we will give you the PIN of the electronic key.

レンタルオフィスのドアについている番号キーを操作しご入室ください。
